Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Orders take about one week for processing.  Domestic (US) orders take 7-10 business days.

Q: Can I change my shipping address once the order has been placed?

A: As long as the order hasn't been packed and shipped out, we can make a change to the shipping address, just contact us via email at info@theninetails.com and let us know. If your order has already been shipped out, we will have to wait until the order is returned to us, at which point we will contact you via email to have the item resent, the customer will be responsible for the re-ship cost.

Q: What if I want a return or exchange?

A: Please contact us through Contact Us page or send us an email to us at info@theninetails.com. Our return policy is within 30 days from the day it was shipped which you should receive an email when it's shipped. Please send us an email or contact within 30 days. We can do exchange but we'll ask you to return the item to us via mail at your cost for refund or exchange. Once we receive the item, we'll send you a refund then you'll have to make a new purchase if you want an exchange.

Q: What if an item was damaged?

A: Please contact us through Contact Us page or send us an email to us at info@theninetails.com. We'll ask you to return the item to us. Once we receive the item, we'll send you a refund or send you a new item whichever you prefer.

Q: Where's my order?

A: Once the item is shipped, you'll receive an email. If you have chosen for untracked shipping, you'll have to contact USPS to ask for your mail. We are NOT responsible for the mail as we have no way of tracking for the mail once it's dropped off in the post office. For tracked shipping, you'll receive and email for tracking number but you also can send us an email for tracking number.
